Excell Call Center
The Excell Call Center has proven to be quite a project for LE Electric. The Las Cruces facility has been under constant expansion since the day that the facility started construction. LE Electric is proud to report that we have been able to provided all the electrical and data/comm. service that has been needed since day 1. As of the late fall 2001 there were over 300 operator stations in the Las Cruces facility, with plans for another expansion of 125 stations.
All data/comm. work installed at the Las Cruces Excell Call Center was, and is, performed with pride by LE Electric. When the word “all” is used here it is not applied loosely. LE Electric cares for all LAN needs for computer data applications and voice/telephone needs. This can be quite a task when the fact that the facility contains more than 300 telephone operator stations, each with a data cable and a voice cable. The network does not stop there however, there is quite a number of management and other associated support staff that each have data and voice cabling to their respective work stations. In addition to support staff and management a training facility has been cabled to resemble and recreate conditions that are faced in the call center. All of this translates into miles of CAT 5 and CAT 3 cable.
Each cable has been installed and certified by LE Electric. The entire operator and administrative LAN system has been certified to 250 megahertz. The fact that the LAN systems installed entirely with CAT 5 cable and connectors can be certified to CAT 6 levels we feel is a real testament to the quality of the installation and the professional care and skill of the installers.
LE Electric has proven to be a full service company for Excell Agent Services. We have installed not only LAN networks, but general power and lighting, dedicated computer power, back-up systems for all computer and essential power services, and redundant back-up with power scrubbing for all computer power service. A 450 KVA Onan generator wired and installed provide back-up power by LE Electric. The generator supplies emergency power through an automatic transfer switch to not only the computer systems, but to other essential systems including Air conditioning and necessary lighting. Redundant power back up, and power scrubbing, is provided by two 80 KVA UPS systems equipped with isolation transformers. All of these systems were installed, and are maintained, by LE Electric.
All systems also include the fiber optic system that provides the backbone for this massive network. All the fiber optic cabling and termination was performed by technicians employed by LE Electric. A number of our technicians are certified not only in data/comm. cabling and architecture, but also in fiber optic installation and termination.
We are pleased to report that the Las Cruces Excell Call Center has the lowest occurrence of electrical and cabling problems of any Excell Call Center in any state or country. LE Electric is happy to report that the Las Cruces Call Center has had no down time due to an electrical or cabling failure. Only scheduled down times, for improvement or maintenance have been recorded since the Call Center was opened.
We at LE Electric would like to provide this same level of service and expertise in the installation and maintenance of your service facility.
